Iurii Kovryzhenko was educated at the best schools in Europe and is one Ukraine's best known chefs. In 2017 he was awarded the Global Chefs award in Singapore for his contribution to gastronomic development. He regularly represents Ukraine at international culinary congresses such as the Slow Food Terra Madre 2016 and 2018 in Turin, the World Gourmet Summit 2017 and 2018 in Singapore and Chefs world summit in Monte Carlo 2018. He has made a dessert based on Lacilact chocolate.
